Return Policy

 

All sales are final. If your item arrived damaged or a mistake in your order items was made on our behalf, please contact support via email within 4 days of delivery at info@bhellarbotanicals.com 

Local pick up orders must be picked up in a timely manner after the "ready for pick up" notification is sent to customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email and we may provide a store gift card upon approval for your order amount minus the restock fee (25%) that you can use with www.bhellarbotanicals.com.
Due to sanitary reasons returns are currently not accepted. All sales are final due to sanitary reasons.

In the event that we may accept a return, customer will be responsible for restock fee which is 25% of the order total.

Shipping Fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping fees. In the event that your package is returned after an attempted delivery, you will have to pay for redelivery. Please monitor your tracking details once your order ships to stay alert. 

Our shipping partner may hold your package at the local facility or a pickup location if they cannot safely deliver your package. In this event, the customer order is considered delivered and it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their order.
