Shipping via USPS

Shipping usually takes 2-6 days. We ship via USPS. USPS shipping times are just estimates and may be subject to changes. We provide tracking via USPS. A signature is required to receive your package. Signature confirmation is used to ensure accurate delivery and minimize theft or loss of packages. 

Please be advised that we ship out Monday - Friday. Weekends or holidays may delay shipment. Processing after order confirmation is usually 48-72 hours. All orders are subject to this processing time. Any orders placed after 3pm will process the following business day. 

Pick up orders may not be same day pick up. Please check your email for details on your local pick up order.

Shipping Fees are NONREFUNDABLE. Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping fees. In the event that your package is returned after an attempted delivery, you will have to pay for redelivery. Please monitor your tracking details once your order ships to stay alert. 

Our shipping partner may hold your package at the local facility or a pickup location if they cannot safely deliver your package. In this event, the customer order is considered delivered and it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve their order.
